What is an E&T Exam (Experience and Training Exam)?
The E&T Exam is very similar to the KSA Supplemental Application.
The E&T Exam asks questions regarding your knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to a specific position or career field. Your responses to these questions often carry the most weight in your application process. The questions are designed to evaluate your background and skills in a more detailed fashion. Moreover, the questions are intended to demonstrate your ability to succeed in a specific position or career field.
In responding to these questions, carefully follow the instructions and provide as much relevant information as possible. You will often be asked to document the employers and time periods that correlate with each of your responses. Again, pay close attention to the instructions.
