With a military career behind you, you have a unique set of skills and capabilities to offer a civilian employer. Your skills are applicable and desirable to a civilian employer — if they understand and can relate to how your skills fit their own environment and requirements. What tends to happen, however, is that employers naturally find it difficult to understand how your military skills relate to their needs. When an employer does not understand aspects of your history, the employer will quickly move on to another resume to which they can easily relate.

We will use a special treatment called a Military-to-Civilian Conversion that converts your entire military history — from job titles to skills and experience — into civilian terminology in a compelling resume to which a civilian employer can positively relate.

Our proprietary skill analysis questionnaire will draw out appropriate areas in your background which, depending upon your circumstances, will include your military experience, academic and avocational skills. We will then determine which elements and skills to use in your resume to support the transition to your current civilian career objectives.
